Turn medium-term receivables into cash faster with forfaiting
In addition to conventional types of export financing, forfaiting is becoming increasingly important today. Forfaiting is the purchase without recourse (à forfait in French) of export receivables that an exporter holds in respect of customers abroad. The buying bank expressly waives any right of recourse against the seller of the receivable.
Are you an exporter? Do you deal with bills of exchange? Then forfaiting may be the optimal solution for you. In a forfaiting arrangement, we first verify the creditworthiness of the party liable on the bill and, if necessary, that of the guarantor. We subsequently pay you the proceeds of the bill less a discount. İŞBANK waives the right of recourse in respect of your company so that you no longer have to worry about payment of the bill of exchange on the due date. This process could not be any easier or more secure.
