Do you need a rent guarantee for your new apartment?
Landlords are increasingly requiring rent guarantees. That’s no problem at İŞBANK. A rent guarantee ensures that İŞBANK will assume your obligations to your landlord under the lease agreement. That means that the bank is obligated to pay the landlord as long as the conditions in the guarantee agreement are fulfilled.
We require the following to set up a rent guarantee:
- Documentation of your income and asset situation
- A completely filled out rent guarantee application
- Your lease agreement
Requirements: Credit check, at least 50% cash cover with us at start of loan term (cash cover must be increased to 100% within 12 months).
