THE MORTGAGE FACILITY FOR REAL ESTATE IN TURKEY
Conditions:
- The mortgage loan can be provided for a real estate fully constructed which
has a proof of ownership (from the land registery) and declaration of habitability.
- An expertise report is prepared and 1. rank mortgage will be constituted in
favour of The Bank
- The costs of expertise (EUR.750.-) and of mortgage (variable) belong
to the custumer.
- The minimum loan amount is EUR.50.000.-.
- Maximum duration of the loan is 10 years.
- For the loan exceeding 5 years, at the end of the 5th year the interest rate will
be fixed again .
- 3% handling commission will be charged.
